Before you embark on your fitness journey with us, we require all users to read and agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is intended to ensure a clear understanding of responsibilities and to foster a safe and enjoyable environment for all users.
I acknowledge that physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury. I agree that if I engage in any physical exercise or activity, I do so entirely at my own risk. I agree that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, or loss to myself.
I hereby release and forever discharge CampFit, its affiliates, agents, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all responsibilities, claims, rights, causes of action, and liabilities, arising out of or related to any injury, disability, or death I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of CampFit or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I consent to the collection and use of my health and fitness data by CampFit for the purpose of providing fitness-related services and recommendations. I understand that this data may be used for analysis, research, and improvement of the CampFit app and its services.
I agree that my workout data, analysis, and related content may be shared on social media platforms as part of CampFit's community engagement and marketing. I understand that this may include, but is not limited to, sharing my progress, achievements, and participation in challenges or events.
I affirm that I am responsible for my own health and safety while using the CampFit app and participating in exercises. I agree to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new workout program, especially if I am aware of any pre-existing health conditions.
By agreeing to this waiver, I confirm that I have read and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that this agreement will be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and successors.
