Each CampFit competition includes a Competition Requirements section displayed on the competition page.
The requirements are presented in four simple quadrants:
- Target Heart Rate: This defines the recommended effort level for workouts during the competition.
- Target Workout Duration: This indicates the expected duration for each workout session.
- Number of Workouts per Day: This sets how many workouts can be counted in a single day.
- Number of Workout Days Before Reset: This defines how many active workout days are tracked before the competition cycle resets.

Meeting the Requirements
By consistently meeting the competition requirements, participants can already achieve strong results within the competition.
Always ensure that the average workout heart rate is higher than the target heart rate, otherwise the score gets penalized.
Exceeding the targets—such as training longer or at higher intensity—provides incremental improvements, but consistency and engagement remain the key drivers.
Group Workouts & Community Bonus
One of the most effective ways to enhance performance is through group workouts.
To participate in a group workout:
- CampFit members simply start their fitness trackers at the same time.
- Ideally within the same minute.
When multiple participants join the same workout session, a percentage-based bonus is applied for each participant who joins.
Additional Gamification Features
Optional gamification features can be added to competitions upon request, including:
- Team attacks and defenses.
- Team champions.
- Special themed challenges and bonuses.
Details for these features are provided separately based on competition setup.
